1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 11j platform, including the website located at https://11j.club, all associated mobile-optimised pages, the 11j sportsbook, casino, and all other products and features offered under the 11j brand (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 11j ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the 11j Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. 11j employs age-verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 11j makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in your specific location. Pakistani players are solely responsible for verifying whether online gaming participation is permitted under applicable Pakistani law before registering.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered 11j account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11j account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party.

3.2 11j will never request your password through live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 11j requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.3 You must notify 11j support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 11j will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately safeguard your account credentials.

3.4 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on the 11j Platform and is strongly recommended for all accounts. Enabling 2FA is the player's responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 11j Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Specific limits may apply per payment method.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 11j accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 11j reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time with notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. 11j reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. First withdrawals are subject to standard KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. Verified players generally receive same-day processing.

4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits using payment instruments belonging to third parties are prohibited. 11j will not process withdrawals to accounts or mobile wallets other than those registered in your name.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 11j will notify you via your registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances will be maintained in full pending player reactivation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets placed on the 11j sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. Cricket betting — including PSL, international Test matches, and T20 events — is governed by 11j's cricket betting rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

5.2 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators operated by licensed third-party game providers. 11j does not control or influence the outcome of any casino game.

5.3 11j reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds, rules, or system configuration is identified. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

5.4 Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the 11j system and a confirmation reference has been generated. Pending bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not binding on 11j.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 11j may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements.

6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements and any game contribution rates will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.

6.3 11j reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already commenced fulfilment of wagering requirements, the player will be permitted a reasonable opportunity to complete the applicable requirements.

6.4 Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses through abuse of terms, creation of multiple accounts, or collusive play will have bonuses revoked and may face account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11j Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Money laundering, including use of the Platform to process or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Registration of multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing bonus terms or account suspensions;
• Exploitation of system errors, bugs, or unintended software behaviour for financial gain;
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location;
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud, deception, or attempted circumvention of 11j's security systems.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 11j Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, odds data, graphics, text, trademarks, and the 11j brand identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of 11j or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, scraped, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of 11j.

9. Responsible Gaming

11j is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The Platform includes self-help tools accessible from within your account dashboard, including:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Loss limits and wagering limits;
• Session duration reminders and automatic logouts;
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, extendable).

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11j shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from system outages during live betting events.

10.3 11j's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by the 11j Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 11j is incorporated. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules. Nothing in this section shall limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

11j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
